Centerfold $250 (8" tall x 10.5" wide)
Outside Back Cover (8" tall x 5" wide) $250
Inside Front Cover (8" tall x 5" wide) $175
Inside Back Cover (8" tall x 5" wide) $175
Last Inside Page (8" tall x 5" wide) $175
Inside Full Page (8" tall x 5" wide) $125
Inside Half Page (4" tall x 5" wide) $75

Placement is on a first-come, first-served basis

Due Date: July 31, 2011

Inside pages will be grayscale or black & white. Inside front cover, inside back cover, outside back cover and centerfold are in color.

Ad images need to be camera-ready at a minimum of 300 dpi in either jpg, pdf or tiff format.
